Yasemin was sitting by the window, watching outside. The wind was gently blowing, and the leaves of the trees were dancing. But Yasemin felt a bit sad inside. Because she hadn't seen her grandmother and grandfather for a long time.

🌿 “Mom,” she said softly, “I miss the cookies my grandmother makes... I also miss going to the park with my grandfather...”

Her mother sat next to her and stroked her hair. “They miss you very much too,” she said.

✨ Yasemin thought for a while. Then her eyes sparkled. “I can do something!” she said. She immediately ran to the table and grabbed her colored pencils. She made a big drawing: herself, her grandmother, and her grandfather holding hands and smiling. She wrote in big letters on top, “I miss you so much.”

🌟 When the drawing was finished, she ran to her mother. “Can we show this to them?” she asked. Her mother smiled: “Let’s call them right away.”

📱 The phone was dialed. When Yasemin saw her grandmother and grandfather on the screen, her face lit up. She excitedly showed them her drawing. Her grandfather clapped, and her grandmother smiled with tears in her eyes. “We miss you very much too,” they said.

🌿 Yasemin’s heart became warm. It felt as if the distance between them had suddenly shrunk.

✨ That day Yasemin understood this: Although missing someone can sometimes hurt, love always finds a way. Sometimes in a drawing, sometimes in a voice, and sometimes in a smile...
