Little Ayşe and the Colorful Balloons

🎈 Little Ayşe and the Colorful Balloons 🎈

Little Ayşe loved playing in the park. Every morning as soon as she woke up, she would ask her mother: “Mom, can we go to the park today?” Her mother would smile and say, “Of course we can.” Ayşe would get ready immediately, put on her shoes, and run excitedly to the door.

🌿 One day while they were walking in the park, they saw a balloon seller. The balloon seller uncle had colorful balloons in his hand:

  • Red
  • Blue
  • Yellow

Ayşe's eyes widened: “Mom, how beautiful they are!” Her mother smiled and bought her three balloons. Ayşe held the balloons tightly. She looked at them, touched them, and gently shook them. “These are my friends,” she said.

After a while, Ayşe sat down on the grass. While looking at the balloons, she thought of something: “I wonder if the balloons want to fly?” Her mother asked, “What are you thinking, Ayşe?” Ayşe replied excitedly: “I want to let them go!” Her mother said softly: “If you want, you can let them go.”

🎈✨ Ayşe took a deep breath… and let the balloons go. The balloons began to rise slowly. Ayşe looked up and watched them: “Goodbye balloons!”

🌳 The red balloon was the first to come near a tree. It got lightly caught between the branches. The tree whispered: “Hello little balloon…” The red balloon seemed to smile.

🌬️ The blue balloon started to dance with the wind. It swayed left and right, gliding in the sky. It was moving as if to say, “I am flying!”

🐶 The yellow balloon descended. It came near a little dog running in the park. The dog jumped: “Woof woof! What is this?” The yellow balloon bounced as if playing with it. Ayşe laughed: “Look! The yellow balloon is playing!”

🌿 While watching her balloons, Ayşe felt both happy… and a little emotional. “I will miss them,” she said. Her mother sat next to her: “Sometimes we let go of the things we love,” she said. “Because they also have places to explore.”

Ayşe thought… Then she smiled. “Yes… they are going on an adventure now!” From that day on, Ayşe came to the park every day. She looked at the sky… She looked at the trees… She looked at the running dogs… And each time she thought: “I wonder where my balloons are now?”

🎈 Sometimes when the wind blew, Ayşe would smile: “This must be the blue balloon!” When she looked at the tree: “The red balloon might be here…” When she saw a dog: “The yellow balloon is playing again!”

💛 Ayşe now knew this: Some things do not stay with us… but the beautiful memories we let go of always stay with us.
